I thoroughly enjoyed my "Day-of-Meghan" on Friday! I dropped Bren off at his great aunt and uncle's house, had breakfast with my sweet love, had an awesome workout, took a long shower, had lunch with my sis, ran into the mall and Old Navy and used my 30% coupon (smile, smile, smile), and actually came home and folded some laundry (uninterrupted!). It was a good day. It was a fun day. It was a relaxing day.

I want to back up and chat about some recent happenings since before my last post. Well, for starters I turned the big 2-7. Yes the countdown to thirty has begun. However, my husband will meet that age before me. :) My sweet husband had this cake made me for by a local lady I use all the time for my cakes.

 She did an incredible job and I loved, loved, loved it!!! My MIL wouldn't even cut it because it was too cute! I have a thing for purses and bags. I have tons and I acutally sell personalized bags on the side. (Let me know if you would like to order something. It's a christian company called Thirty-One Gifts.)

I snapped this adorable picture of Brennan in this little classic number at my mom and dad's house a few weeks ago. I posted it as my Facebook profile picture and I got 21 "likes" on it! Ha! He is definitely a cutie and I love him to pieces!

Can you believe this guy is 17 months old (tomorrow he will be!)!?! I am still in shock! He is growing and doing so much these days and I can't get over how smart he is getting. This is definitely a fun age because he is communicating so well and will pretty much repeat anything I want him to. Such a darling! Also, can you believe that I got that little outfit for $4.00 at a consignment sale!?! Love it!

After I made lunch today, (cheesy chicken fajitas! Yum!) I made these little sweeties. They were soooo good. I took some to my parents' house and am sending some to my husband's work tomorrow because I can NOT be in the same house with them long. They are toooooo good and I will eat them all!

Well, the show I have been waiting to watch for a WEEK is finally on! I am on pins and needles waiting to find out who's husband dies this week on Army Wives! I just know it's Chase and I so badly don't want it to be because I was really pulling for Pamela and Chase to get back together. I will be SO SAD if it is!
