Random Thoughts

1. Longhorn Steakhouse has THE BEST chicken tenders in the city of Chattanooga. THE BEST. You know how I know? A couple of months ago I did a chicken tender test. I order chicken tenders everywhere I went for weeks. And they are THE BEST hands down.

2. French fries are rotten nasty re-heated. Gag.

4. I took a picture of the baby to school yesterday to show my class. I wanted to show them a picture before school lets out and I don't back to the doctor until June 2nd to find out what we are having!!! Anyway, I showed them and they loved it. One boy was a little freaked out by the fact that I had a picture that he wouldn't come and look for a good few minutes. Then he came around. It was kind of funny.

5. I seriously love Wednesday nights because I work in the nursery. Those kids crack me up.

6. I am supposed to plan a menu for Sunday for Mother's Day and I have no idea what to make. (And you know my fear for cooking for other people from this post.) I was thinking BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, macaroni and cheese and dessert. OR BBQ chicken, hashbrown casserole, baken beans, rolls, macaroni and cheese and dessert. What do you think?
