bits

1. Today was a total pj-wearing and DVR-watching kind of a day. Brennan and I have laid in bed and watched Without a Trace and Ellen all day. Man, I am going to miss days like this when I go back to work!
2. PRAYING for some snow tonight! We're supposed to have some snow showers tonight and in the morning. I know it's not going to stay for long but I do love seeing the white stuff fall.
3. Brennan and I had a GREAT time at our first playdate yesterday with some other mommies that I went to high school with. I so wish I could stay home and do that once a week. I really would like to work part time just so I could go to playdates. It was so fun to get out of the house, not dress up and just be around PEOPLE.
4. My heart MELTS every time I see my son smile at me. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It is the most precious gift in the world. Hands down.
5. Brennan has done soooooo good at sleeping in his room since Monday night. I think maybe we have worked out a good schedule for him. YAY!
6. Thank you cards. Check. Christmas cards ordered. Check. Spent a ridiculous amount of money on stamps. Check. Geez.
7. We got Brennan his first Build-a-Bear for Christmas and it is sooooo cute. It was so fun making it for him. I also found the same outfit for Brennan that we put on the bear and I can't wait to take their picture together. Is that crazy? I don't care. I think it will just darling.
8. Every time I think I am done decorating for Christmas I go to The Nester and find something else I want to do.
